Within the child and adolescent psychiatric services in Hässleholm, we have traditional outpatient care which forms the basis of our clinical operations, infant services, and access to intermediate care services located in Kristianstad. Our clinic operates in interdisciplinary teams with broad expertise. We have a creative and positive work climate in a team consisting of 20 employees from various professional categories such as psychologists, doctors, social workers, caregivers, nurses, and medical secretaries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now have the opportunity to welcome a new colleague as a social worker!

As a social worker, you will primarily work with family work, treatment, counseling, support, assessment, and investigation. You will be part of the daily teamwork where your social work skills will be put to good use. Your tasks will also include networking, team conferences, and consultations. You will participate in the development of the organization, training initiatives, and method development.

We are a small clinic that collaborates closely with schools and municipalities to work together for the best interests of our patients. The position is a one-year temporary contract, with the possibility of extension.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker. If you are also a licensed healthcare social worker, this is considered an advantage. If you belong to a licensed profession, proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is a requirement. For non-licensed professions, good knowledge of Swedish in spoken and written form is required. Additionally, experience working with children/youth, families, and networks is a requirement for the position. Since travel is involved in the job, a valid B driver's license is also required. We would also like you to have training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or family therapy equivalent to level 1. Experience working in child psychiatry, adult psychiatry, social services, and/or schools is an advantage. Additionally, we appreciate experience in rePULSE and functional family therapy (FFT).

To thrive and succeed in the role, you are structured in your work and quality-conscious with good problem-solving skills. You also have a good ability to focus on what is essential and to communicate this in speech and writing. Good collaboration skills and a positive attitude towards both colleagues and patients are also qualities we see as essential in you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
