RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for caregivers for our group home on Idrottsgatan in Höganäs.

Within Support for the Disabled, we work according to the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS), which means that the services must be of good quality. We do this by promoting equality in living conditions and working to give individuals full participation in community life. We work to respect the individual's right to self-determination and integrity.

The work involves providing support, care, and service based on the individual needs of the residents.

You support, motivate, and assist the residents in their daily lives and interpret and clarify everyday situations.

In the role of caregiver, you will have a central role in the quality development of the operations, with responsibility for implementation plans and social documentation. Contact person duties are also included.

You will work in a team together with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. Together, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We want you to have at least a secondary education in care and nursing.

We prefer that you have formal competence in clear pedagogical methods according to TEACCH and knowledge and experience of LSS legislation and diagnoses.

We also appreciate knowledge and experience in working with a low-arousal approach.
