We are looking for an assistant for a male client with physical disabilities living in Bjärred. The man has a small cat, so it is important that you are not allergic. This is initially a part-time position, with the possibility to work on a fixed schedule. You can influence the extent of the position between 50-75% working hours, by agreement. 

The client prefers that you as an assistant are social, positive, and empathetic. An interest in music and social issues is a plus.

You should be attentive to the client's needs and able to take initiative and responsibility in your work. You are straightforward and honest with the client and colleagues while respecting the client's privacy. 

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a personal assistant and have experience with manual transfers. There are always two assistants during transfers. Most of your working hours will be spent together with a colleague, known as double staffing. 

A driver's license and access to a car is desirable, as public transport can sometimes be limited.

The shifts are scheduled during the day and/or evening between 11 AM and 11 PM. The client requires assistance every day of the week.
