Personal Assistant Wanted in Sösdala

We are now looking for a personal assistant for our cheerful, stubborn, and lovely 30-year-old in Sösdala. An active girl who loves to be in a lively and energetic environment. Her biggest interests include horses, swimming, and being outdoors. Together with a cheerful and wonderful work team, you have the opportunity to influence and enrich this girl's everyday life!

Initially, you will be employed on an hourly basis with a good chance of extending to a position of about 75-80% (provided that everything feels good for both you and the client). The position includes day and night shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 AM with waiting time between 11:00 PM - 4:20 AM) as well as some day shifts. We always see it as advantageous if you are flexible and can step in as needed. It is, of course, about giving and taking for each other, which we hope is a given for you as well!

The girl is in a wheelchair and therefore needs help and support during all moments of daily life. You as an assistant need to be present at all times. Hygiene, care, transfers (with a lift), stretching, feeding, insulin, and recreational activities are examples of tasks included in your work. Additionally, cleaning, laundry, and other common household chores are part of keeping a home clean and tidy. Communication occurs through body language and sounds, so you need to be attentive to understand and interpret the girl's body signals and sounds.

We are looking for a girl between 20-35 years old who is engaged, responsible, and has a good ability to take initiative. Furthermore, we expect you to be cheerful, outgoing, and positive. You will work both alone and with double assistance. Work routines are available to follow, so it is advantageous if you are a quick learner and have a good ability to absorb new information. If you have previous experience in the care profession, it is a merit but not a requirement - we will place the greatest emphasis on personal qualities. We would like you to radiate empathy, warmth, and security as the chemistry between you and the girl will ultimately determine the success of the relationship. Our only requirement is that you are smoke-free!
