JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome to apply for the position of LSS Case Officer.

In the role of LSS Case Officer, you will investigate, assess, make decisions, and follow up on interventions for children and adults with various disabilities. Your work will involve receiving applications and conducting investigations to clarify what support individuals need to develop and achieve the best possible independence. There is also case handling according to SoL for assessing the right to housing support for individuals belonging to the target group.

As a case officer, you will work according to IBIC. Daily tasks include documentation, meetings with users, and collaboration both externally and internally. In addition, you will participate in development work and contribute to the unit's development.

As a case officer, you will work on preventive measures within your area of responsibility and work purposefully to achieve results.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying have a degree in Social Work or another academic degree that the employer considers equivalent.

Experience as an LSS Case Officer is an advantage. Knowledge of working according to IBIC (individual needs in focus) is also meritorious. You have good knowledge of working in operational systems.

We expect you to have a strong interest in working with investigations.

Since the work involves close collaboration with individual clients, external and internal providers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, we believe you have a special talent for meeting others and collaborating successfully. You are secure, flexible, and have a holistic view, seeing your role in collaboration with others. You value differences and understand that background can influence in various ways.

You have the ability to maintain focus to achieve results and work systematically through planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work. You are good at working both independently and in teams and have the ability to maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work as an authority practitioner.

We want you to have a good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and that you find it easy to interpret relevant legislation.

A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.
