Personal Assistant Wanted

We are looking for an engaged and responsible individual who wants to work as a personal assistant.

Before the summer, we are seeking several reliable personal assistants for a couple of our minor clients in both Malmö and the surrounding area within a 20-minute travel distance from Malmö. Please tell us about yourself in your cover letter to help us match the right person.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

You need to be meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. You should have your own drive and a genuine desire to make every day valuable. You are a positive and secure person who looks long-term at the work of a personal assistant. We are looking for someone with some experience in care or educational work. Personal qualities and chemistry are more important. We prefer female applicants at the client's request.

You need to be flexible regarding working hours since we in the workgroup handle staffing if someone is sick or on vacation – we support our client and each other.

Requirements

• Swedish spoken and written is a requirement.
• Preferably experience as a personal assistant.
• Experience in care and support work.
• Ability to provide references (these will be provided if you proceed to an interview).
• You as an assistant must be smoke-free during working hours.

Desirable Experiences

• Experience with autism and epilepsy.
• Experience working with children.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Start according to agreement.
• Part-time 75% with a chance for full-time.
• Hours.
• Variable schedule.
• You should be able to work more this year during June and July.
