Daily Activity is looking for an engaged and flexible support assistant with experience as a sole supervisor and work in forest and land.

Your Mission

Daily Activity currently has a support assistant position available, initially seeking reinforcement for five months starting after the summer. We see that you are present and put the user's needs at the center. In the role of Support Assistant, it is important to have a good ability to make quick and clear decisions. For you to thrive with us, we see the importance of being able to plan, see a whole around the needs of the operation, and that you can quickly adapt to changes and altered needs. Experience working with individuals within the NPF spectrum or other behavioral issues is required. The position focuses on working as a sole supervisor and as a pool. As a sole supervisor, you will work with a group of users focusing on production in outdoor environments, such as relocated activities, or going out into the forest and land to maintain green areas, for example, on the hiking trail Skåneleden. As a pool, you will replace regular staff during their absence for a shorter or longer period; as a pool, you are flexible and can work on short notice both in groups with care as well as in outdoor environments and as a sole supervisor. We are looking for someone who is flexible and proactive, has an easy time switching between different groups and tasks, and can work both independently and in teams. You enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions and with a twinkle in your eye, you work in the forest as well as with land and in our outdoor groups. You have the mindset: Everything is possible, and you consistently work in a low-affect manner. There will be work with larger animals. Since parts of the operation are out on jobs all day, it is expected that you work full-time.

Your Experience

• I have an adequate high school education from the child and leisure program, health and care program, or other equivalent education.
• I have knowledge and experience of working with the target group.
• I have experience working with individuals within the NPF spectrum or other behavioral issues.
• I have experience working closely with users.
• I have good computer skills and master Swedish, both spoken and written.
• I have a B driver's license with a manual transmission and the ability to drive minibuses.
• I have training or experience in working with forest and land.
• I enjoy working as a sole supervisor.

Meritorious:

• I am comfortable driving and reversing with a trailer.
• I have experience working as a sole supervisor.
• I have experience driving tractors, excavators, and other smaller forest machines.
