Finjagården

Finjagården offers small-scale and highly specialized treatment for adults with personality disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities, depression, substance abuse, self-harming behavior, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and trauma. We also conduct psychiatric assessments. With structured treatment methods such as DBT, CBT, and PE, complemented by a quality system, documented treatment results are ensured. A quality system with follow-up for clients, relatives, and clients creates transparency, participation, and security.

With our nearly 50 years of experience combined with evidence-based treatment methods, we have good conditions to achieve results. We are looking for someone with experience working with people with mental health issues. It is advantageous to have the following qualifications: nursing assistant, nursing assistant with a focus on psychiatry, treatment assistant, social educator, behavioral scientist, social worker, or other equivalent education.

Tasks:

The project employment involves being part of a team that works with a client in a 1-1 solution, which means working independently with a client in daily life. E.g., ADL, activities, care, etc., based on an implementation plan and assignment. Supervision and contact with a therapist occur continuously.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call.

Desirable to have experience with High-Functioning Autism Spectrum/Psychiatric Issues.

- Experience with documentation.
