JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a personal assistant, you are expected to support and assist the user with care based on decisions and implementation plans, help with participation in community life, and work with quality assurance, documentation, and operational development together with the workgroup.

The work as a personal assistant requires that you are self-sufficient and responsible since you will be working alone with the user throughout your shift.

The working hours will be scheduled during the day and every other weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who preferably has previous experience in the personal assistance profession and is used to seeing the user's opportunities and needs based on their area of disability. We consider it an advantage if you have training as a nursing assistant or similar education focused on the disability area.

As an employee with us, you work with the individual in focus, which means it is important that you are attentive, have a good attitude, and have the ability to take initiative. You will communicate with users, colleagues, supervisors, and relatives, which means you need to have the ability to understand someone else's situation/perspective.

As a colleague, you are expected to be able to collaborate and contribute to a good work environment where all employees take responsibility and support each other.
