Process Leader for Social Services

Do you want to help write history by shaping tomorrow's social services? The transition to the new Social Services Act needs your structure, drive, and strategic insight.

We are now looking for a process leader who wants to lead the work of implementing the new Social Services Act and contribute to the development of the municipality's operations. You will be part of the social manager's/operations manager's management team and contribute to strategic decisions being made, managed, and followed up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main assignment in your role as process leader:

• Be responsible for leading the process of implementing the new Social Services Act.
• Collaborate with various units and stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation.
• Support colleagues in the change work regarding the welfare mission and help create an inclusive atmosphere.
• This means that you can both plan, coordinate, and lead the municipality's work towards the transition.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained social worker with solid experience in social services.
• Has documented experience in process leadership or project management.
• Has experience working in a politically governed organization.
• Thrives in a leadership role and has the ability to engage and motivate.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and has good collaboration skills.
• Has a valid driver's license (B).
