We at Nordström Assistans are looking for you who have your heart in the right place and want to enhance a person's life with special assistance. What does the position entail? I am a 27-year-old girl with cerebral palsy and visual impairment, which means limited sight. I am looking for a personal assistant who can help me in my daily life. I need assistance with various tasks, such as household chores, shopping, cooking, guidance in my surroundings, and support with personal hygiene.

I live in Kristianstad and lead an active life with many interests - I love horseback riding, swimming, shopping, and spending time with friends and family. Makeup and hair are also things I enjoy, so I would appreciate your help with that.

I work 2 days a week at a riding school, where I need support and assistance. Since riding is a great passion of mine, it would be fantastic if you have experience with horses and feel comfortable being around them.

The position involves shifts during the following working hours on weekdays and weekends:

• Day shifts 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Evening shifts 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Scope: 60% Number of positions: 1 part-time Start date: As agreed. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position will be filled as soon as possible.

About you - We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, has good knowledge of the Swedish language, good communication skills, and experience with assistive devices and support. We also see that you have previous experience in personal assistance. The most important thing is that there is a good chemistry between you as a candidate and the client, which can be decisive in the final selection.

Requirements for you

• Have previous experience in personal assistance
• Have a manual driver's license
• Have extensive experience with horses
• Are not allergic to pets.

It is advantageous if you 

• Have access to your own car
• Are a non-smoker
