We are now looking for summer substitutes and hourly employees at Nytida Kvarngatan for work during the summer and as needed. There is a good chance for extension in the form of hourly employment if needed after the summer.

What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people with various needs for support and care. It involves supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on outings, exercise, converse, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

About Kvarngatan Group Home in Kävlinge within target group 1 (intellectual disabilities and autism). Close to public transport, the train stops about a 10-minute walk from here. We have a small and close-knit workgroup that has worked together for many years and has a great community. The work suits you if you enjoy being active as the residents have many different leisure activities, go to the swimming pool, bowl, and go out on various activities. When we do not have larger activities planned, we offer walks, mini-golf, ice cream in the park, games such as kubb or board games. We also place great importance on homemade and healthy food. You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the operation. This could also be a future career opportunity for you. Here we work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy animals.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who are applying to us:

- are attracted to a job that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care and support and enjoy meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
