Instructor in Game Development

As education grows, we are now also looking for a substitute for parental leave. The person we are looking for should have knowledge of C++ and Unreal Engine. C# and Unity are merits. As an instructor in game development, you will be part of a team with other staff knowledgeable in graphics, design, and programming.

Job Description:

As part of our education team, you will be involved in the implementation of our educational program, which includes programming, graphics, and design.

We have a holistic view of the participants, and their personal development is at least as important as the course objectives. You should be able to meet each participant at their level and offer inspiration and motivation. We work both individually and in groups. The person we are looking for should also have great patience and good adaptability. Österlens folkhögskola is located in Tomelilla, in the Österlen region. There are good connections by both train and bus. The job includes some annual trips and study visits, so a B driver's license is a merit. Our game development package includes a basic year one, an advanced year two, and a third project year focused on entrepreneurship and Indie.

Scope of the position: Substitute: 40-60%
