Södra Folkhögskolan in Helsingborg is looking for a special educator or special teacher who wants to help develop our work in providing participants with the support they need to succeed in their studies.

As a special educator or special teacher, you will play an important role in the school's development. You will work directly with participants – especially those with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF) – and contribute your knowledge to the faculty.

Your tasks include:

- Mapping participants' needs

- Supporting participants in study workshops

- Helping them complete their assignments

- Developing the school's methods and routines based on the needs of the target group

You are accustomed to working individually adapted, solution-focused, and recognizing the strengths of each participant. You also have the ability to inspire colleagues and contribute to collegial learning.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a degree as a special educator or special teacher

- Has experience working with participants with NPF

- Is flexible and has good collaboration skills

- Preferably has experience from folk high school (meritorious)

About the position:

The position is a full-time position starting on August 5, 2025. The employment form is a permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
