Peabskolan AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Peab and is located in Malmö, Solna, and Gothenburg. We currently educate about 300 young people and have been offering the Construction and Civil Engineering Program for qualified students and Introduction Programs for non-qualified students since 2006.

The operations of Peabskolan are based on a pedagogical model where reality-based learning, active value foundation work, course and subject integration, and a deep model for individualization are the four fundamental principles. Evaluations based on both qualitative and quantitative results show that the model has been very successful so far. Peabskolan is an independent school and applies holiday service.

Peabskolan in Malmö currently has about 100 students distributed across 6 classes. This allows us to have a very close collaboration with each student.

We are now looking for a teacher for a temporary position during a few months of the autumn term and require subject competence in Swedish and Swedish as a second language.

We consider it an advantage if you have previously worked thematically and if you have experience working with students in vocational programs and introduction programs.

You are innovative, development-oriented, and find it challenging to be involved in pedagogical development work. We work with integrated courses and subjects, which requires a high degree of flexibility and creativity from all employees. We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to students and who can also be a good ambassador for the pedagogy on which our operations are based.
