About the Role and Your Responsibilities

Your main task will be to teach Swedish and History.

You will conduct teaching based on current governing documents, participate in the pedagogical development at the school, and act as a mentor in the Social Science program. The position also includes collaborating with the student health team and other teachers to ensure our students achieve their high school diploma. We consider the student's entire situation and focus on how the student develops in their learning and social context.

The position is a full-time temporary role for the academic year 2025/26.

We are looking for someone who...

... is a certified teacher in Swedish and History. You have a positive view of students based on the belief that all students can and want to learn, and you have the ability to create enthusiasm in various learning situations. It is important that you have an inclusive perspective and are well acquainted with the governing documents of high school.

We would prefer that you have previous experience working as a teacher in a high school and have good knowledge of working with adaptations in the classroom and during examinations.

To succeed in this role, you need to be curious and willing to challenge both students and yourself. You are also independent, stable, flexible, and possess good collaboration skills, along with a good sense of humor.
