With us, you will work to provide individually tailored support to people with disabilities, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in everyday life. You will support the users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.

We work with a pedagogical approach, where we focus on each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for the users to achieve as much independence as possible and to live a meaningful life with a high quality of life. With us, you will work based on clear pedagogical methods and low-arousal responses to create safety and predictability in the users' daily lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the resources and budget of the organization.

Qualifications

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license
• Good computer skills, experience in documentation.
• Experience in healthcare and social services
• High school education such as child and leisure program, healthcare and social services program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.

Employment conditions

Employment type: Summer substitute Working hours: approx. 80% Working time: Day, evening, and weekend with sleeping on-call duty. Start date: By agreement Collective agreement: We are bound by the collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
