We are now looking for new colleagues who want to strengthen our teams at both the Elderly Unit and the Care Planning and Follow-up Unit. Here you will have the opportunity to work with individualized interventions that make a real difference and contribute to a safe and meaningful everyday life for those we serve. Both units have grown over time, and considering that several colleagues are going on planned leave, we are now seeking new employees – two permanent positions, two temporary positions for parental leave, and four summer positions. Your responsibilities
You will investigate, make decisions, and follow up on interventions according to SoL. With the individual's needs in focus, you will work from a holistic perspective and collaborate with relatives, caregivers, and other actors connected to the individual's needs.
- At the Care Planning and Follow-up Unit, your focus will be to support individuals upon discharge from the hospital, in close collaboration with relatives, hospital staff, and home care providers. We also handle cases related to home care, primarily service interventions.
- At the Elderly Unit, you will work with individuals living at home or in special accommodations. Here, you will collaborate broadly with home care services to ensure that interventions are carried out according to decisions. You will also cooperate with other units within social services and handle incoming reports of concern from the public.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker or has another relevant bachelor's degree combined with education in social law. Previous experience of authority exercise according to SoL is an advantage. We use the documentation system Pulsen Combine, so experience with this or similar systems is a plus.
To thrive in this role, it is important that you are brave, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We prefer that you are used to handling rapid processes and that you enjoy working on multiple processes simultaneously. It is important to be able to quickly adapt and plan based on what the situation requires.
A driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement for the permanent positions and the longer temporary positions. For the summer positions, it is advantageous.

Additional information
We are recruiting 2 permanent positions and 6 temporary positions (2 longer temporary positions expected to last until August 2026 and 4 temporary positions for summer 2025).
Before you can be employed, you need to present an approved extract from the police criminal record.
In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate along with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
