Bra Assistans i Örebro AB provides personal assistance to people with disabilities according to the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS) and the Social Insurance Code and the Social Services Act (SoL).

We are looking for someone interested in working as a substitute personal assistant for a woman in her 70s who has rheumatism. Experience in personal assistance is a significant merit.

The work includes everything from personal care, intimate hygiene, transfers, cooking, household chores, to assisting with leisure activities, etc. You must also be able to adapt to the individual's own pace, which varies from day to day.

The workplace is in the individual's home and wherever the individual may be.

The working hours are scheduled for all hours of the day. Days, evenings, nights, and weekends. We are looking for someone who can work nights from 21:00 to 08:30 (with 3 hours of on-call duty) We would like you to be able to work with short notice due to illness, leave, or other vacancies in the group. We also hope you are available during the summer.

We prefer that you, as an applicant, have a flexible and independent working style and can easily adapt to new situations. You must be able to take responsibility as you work based on the individual's needs. You should have good documentation skills and maintain a professional attitude. You should have a genuine interest and feeling for caring for people.

Other qualities that are beneficial for the job include a good sense of humor, calmness, patience, and being responsible. You must be able to speak fluent Swedish as this is a job where good communication is very important.
