Are you a patient, attentive, and caring person who wants to make a difference? We at Kura Omsorg are now looking for a personal assistant for one of our clients in Orresta, located between Västerås and Enköping.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We offer a position as a substitute where you work as needed and cover for the absence of regular staff. The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM on weekdays
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM on weekends

During weeks 27-30 this summer, there is also an opportunity to work according to a fixed schedule with day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You can choose to work three of these four weeks, which corresponds to about 75% of a full-time position in July. Until then, the work is on an as-needed basis, approximately 1-2 shifts per month.

The start date is according to agreement, but we would like you to begin your introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT AND JOB DUTIES

Our client is a 39-year-old man living just outside Orresta. As a personal assistant, you will support him with, among other things:

• Personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals
• Household chores and daily routines
• Manual lifting and transfers

He also has a great interest in music and food, which makes it extra fun if you share these interests or can support him in them.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To fit the role, you are:

• Attentive and patient – you can give the client space to decide for himself and adapt to his pace.
• Observant and empathetic in your communication – as our client primarily expresses himself through body language and facial expressions.
• Playful and caring – you balance caregiving with the ability to have fun and create joy in everyday life.
• Physically strong – as the position involves manual lifting and transfers.
• Free from pet allergies – there are cats in the home.

A driver's license and access to a car are advantageous for the position. We place great importance on personal suitability and see it as crucial that you and our client enjoy each other's company.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
