We are looking for a personal assistant for a person who is full of life, will, and emotions. Someone who can go from 0 to 100 in a second – and sometimes the other way around. Who needs structure but hates unnecessary rules. Who can be super sharp but sometimes needs support in social situations.

What does the job entail?

Support a person with ADHD, autism, and mild speech difficulties in everyday life. Work where life happens – at home, out on activities, or in meetings with others.

Flexible working hours; you need to be someone who can handle variation.

What do you need to have?

• Experience with NPF is a bonus.
• Your attitude and approach are the most important. Ability to handle both chaos and calm – sometimes at the same time. A sense of communication beyond the obvious.
• Have a driver's license and access to a car, to and from the workplace.
• Can contribute to a stable and secure everyday life by supporting and taking the lead in activities where the individual needs support.

Job Scope:

Part-time 50-75% with the possibility of sleeping on duty.
