About the position

We at Olivia Personal Assistance are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a companion/reliever for our customers in Västerås.

The working hours vary according to the customer's needs. This is a part-time position and we are unable to offer a full-time job.

As a companion and reliever, you will provide support to the person both at home and in the local area, as well as during various activities that contribute to joyful, rewarding, and developing moments for the person. We try to match interests between you as the applicant and the person's interests/needs. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could mention any special interests, talents, or skills in your application.

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged, as great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within LSS
• Previous work with LAB (Low Affective Approach)
• Previous experience handling outwardly aggressive behavior.

To be employed, you need to have a BankID. Many of our customers also request that you obtain a criminal record certificate to present upon potential employment. Employment rate: 8-20 hours per month, 5 positions.

Start date: Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We warmly welcome your application.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

About the recruitment process

After a potential interview, we always try to get back within 14 days to provide more information about the position. This is provided that we have also received information from any references. After that, we will review a possible match with one of our customers.

Common tasks include helping with daily routines, planning interventions, and going out to engage in activities such as badminton, board games, meetings, etc. Your workplace will be in the customer's home as a reliever and out on activities as a companion, but you will also accompany the customer at various activities. You help the customer live as full a life as possible based on their conditions.
