• ELDERLY SERVICES: Here, your tasks may involve sitting with elderly individuals to solve crosswords, have coffee, or read, simply adding a touch of gold to someone's life.
• SOCIAL AND LABOR MARKET ADMINISTRATION: Here, you will follow users with various types of disabilities, as well as regular staff in the activities that are relevant for the day.
• TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATION: Within the street/park unit's cleaning team, you will work to keep outdoor areas clean and tidy within the municipality's streets, squares, parks, playgrounds, and schools.
• CULTURE AND RECREATION ADMINISTRATION: Here, you may work as a reading ambassador/reading buddy for younger children, participate in the Cultural School's holiday activities, work with IT issues, including assisting elderly residents with technology support for phones and computers, and more.
• MUNICIPALITY BOARD ADMINISTRATION: Here, you will work with various administrative tasks in communication and customer service.
• CHILDREN AND EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION: You will be a role model for children regarding reading and physical activities according to the successful concept READ OWNS, lasaager.se.

To apply for a position within the culture and recreation administration, you must be at least 16 years old and present a certificate from the criminal record. You can order it from the police authority. School or preschool, e-service | Police Authority.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as a summer employee with us, you need to:

• be registered in Hallstahammar Municipality. Log in to the Swedish Tax Agency's e-service and bring a certificate showing your registered address to the interview.
• turn 16 or 17 during the year
• your guardian must approve that you can work with us during the summer. A form will need to be filled out by the guardian later in connection with employment.
• have the last 4 digits of your personal identification number, or coordination number + AT-UND.

OTHER

Hallstahammar Municipality is part of the Finnish administrative area and we welcome applicants with knowledge of Finnish in speech and writing.
