Preventia Assistans is a rapidly growing company with many exciting challenges ahead. We are now looking for hourly substitutes for a round-the-clock assistance assignment with waiting time at night. The client is a 60-year-old man with a muscle disease. He needs support and help around the clock, is wheelchair-bound, and is transferred with the help of a ceiling lift.

He needs help with dressing and undressing, taking medication, hygiene, and showering. Assistance with shopping, cooking, and preparing meals, as well as cutting food into smaller pieces and help with feeding. Help with common household chores such as cleaning and laundry. You will also accompany the client to hospital visits. The client usually goes swimming for therapy about once a month, which means that you as an assistant should be able to assist both in the pool and before and after swimming.

The man has an interest in cars/motors and animals, and sometimes he takes care of friends' and acquaintances' dogs, so you should not have allergies or be afraid of dogs. He wishes to be able to go out more for shorter activities and excursions.

We believe that you who are applying are at least 40 years old and have come a long way in life. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and that the cooperation between the work group and the family works well. You are social and outgoing, and you are a person who wants to engage in activities and can motivate this. But you are also attentive and empathetic to the client's daily condition and needs. It is extremely important that you master Swedish in both spoken and written form, for good communication between the client and the assistant. And to document important information.

Working hours: Currently, assistants work day shifts, 24 hours from 09:00 to 09:00. With waiting time during the night, 7 hours and 16 minutes. The assistant sleeps during the waiting time in a private room but is available for the client during the night.

You should have a B driver's license.
