Currently, we offer our customers services through our large network of advisors. On the way to becoming nationwide, we need more advisors in almost every location. To our professional team of freelance advisors, Fenix Society, we are looking for someone who is highly engaged in their own business, enjoys the role of consultant, and wants to use their network to establish themselves as the leading local advisor.

About the role

In the role of advisor, you will come into contact with a diverse range of people with individual needs, personal wishes, and different backgrounds. It is a position of trust where knowledge, attentiveness, and commitment are essential. We perform our work with great humility to deliver honest and outstanding service to all our customers.

About you

We are looking for someone with a big heart, who is attentive and can meet other people in a caring and respectful manner so that they feel comfortable and taken care of. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and open to change with an administrative flair. Your personality is characterized by teamwork, service orientation, and integrity, and you are a reliable and communicative person.

To succeed in the role of advisor, we prefer that you have experience working with people and are a relationship builder. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and preferably also master English and/or other languages. Our advisors come from diverse backgrounds and various industries across Sweden. A driver's license (B), preferably access to a car, and very good computer skills are required.

About the offer

If you are accepted in the selection process, you will be offered the opportunity for training at cost price. This applies if you lack prior education and experience in funerals and legal services through our highly appreciated digital platform. If you are then approved in both the theoretical and practical parts of the training, you will gain access to:

With us at Fenix Family, you work as an independent advisor, which means you invoice for the assignments you handle. Invoicing is done through your own company or an umbrella company that assists individuals with invoicing.
