About us

Löten 2 is for young people with addiction and/or psychosocial and/or neuropsychiatric issues. They often have difficulties with family and school, mental health issues, self-harm, isolation, anger, or impulse control. Criminality, risk or addiction, conflict-filled relationships, and various forms of risk behaviors may also be present.

We have resources to accommodate girls with extensive and ongoing drug use. We accept placements according to SoL and LVU.

In collaboration with Cureum (https://www.humana.se/individ-och-familj/halso--och-sjukvard/cureum), Humana's unit for psychological and psychiatric interventions, we can carry out investigations with neuropsychiatric questions on behalf of the placing social services.

At Löten 2, we primarily work based on learning psychological principles and evidence-based methods focusing on CBT and work from manual-based DBT. By observing and clarifying functional behaviors, we draw the young person's attention to strategies and tools to manage situations in life independently.

Treatment occurs through various forms of conversations, training in social situations, and role-playing. Löten 2 also works based on Connect (https://www.humana.se/om-humana/metoder-och-utbildning/connect), an evidence-based method to ensure a healthy and secure attachment between staff and young people.

About the position

As a treatment coordinator at Löten 2, you are responsible for coordinating, leading, and following up on the daily work in the operation. You perform client-related work and carry out interventions together with our treatment educators. The role also includes supporting quality and improvement work as well as the introduction of new staff. You will work closely with the operations manager and other colleagues.

Employment conditions

We are now looking for an employee for a serious temporary position for about 1 year. The position is 100% and working hours are daytime Monday to Friday.

We apply individual salary setting and other compensations are made according to collective agreements. The start date for the position will be according to agreement.

• Experience of working in similar operations
• Relevant post-secondary education such as treatment educator, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Driving license B and access to a car
