Working as a personal assistant is important and rewarding in many different ways, but it can also be difficult and demanding. There can be several different challenges and varying conditions to consider at the same time. It is important that you, as an assistant, feel secure in your professional role, and your introductory training is followed by frequent staff meetings and ongoing supervision.

About the Position

I am a cheerful and lively 6-year-old girl living in Surahammar with my mom, dad, and 9-year-old sibling. I am looking for someone who wants to work as my assistant on a 70% schedule and as a team leader in my assistant group. I would like you to start your employment with me as soon as possible.

I need your help with tube feeding, care, and communication, but also play and fun.

Who Are You?

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships, and we prefer that you think long-term when applying for the position. You enjoy working with development and have an easy time seeing solutions and opportunities.

At home with me, there are two cats and a dog, so it is good if you are not allergic. I also appreciate if you are smoke-free as it affects my health. Being proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is also important as part of your work involves communication with me.

The Team Leader Role

As a team leader at AssistansExperten, you will work as the spider in the web and be responsible, together with the project manager, for staffing, recruitment, and routines with the customer. You will be offered two team leader meetings per year where you can meet other team leaders in the same role within the company, and a team leader supplement will be provided.
