The Health and Medical Care department consists of about 40 employees and is part of the Elderly Administration. We include nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing assistants. We work in the municipality's special accommodations, in home care, and in LSS operations.

As a rehabilitation assistant, you are part of the municipal rehab team, and it is also the licensed staff there who assign tasks to the rehab assistants. One of our two assistants will soon be on parental leave, and we are looking for a replacement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Rehabilitative interventions delegated by a physiotherapist or occupational therapist
• Home visits together with an occupational therapist
• Assessing and distributing simpler aids
• Staffing phone hours and handling incoming cases
• Preparing and assisting in transfer training
• Handling various aids and materials, picking up, distributing/installing, returning

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• has a good ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt throughout the day
• collaborates well with colleagues, patients, relatives, and other professionals you meet in the assignment
• has commitment and self-motivation
• can work independently
• master the Swedish language in speech and writing

To be considered for the position, you must be a trained nursing assistant and hold a B driver's license for manual transmission.

If you have had a similar assignment, it is an advantage.
