We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time, approximately 40-80%, during afternoons/evenings on weekdays and every other weekend with an adventurous and humorous boy in need of a calm and pedagogical approach. The boy has significant care needs and requires assistance with everything from toilet visits and hygiene to activities in the afternoons.

As a personal assistant, you will have a varied job where your day may include everything from daily chores and care to accompanying on outings and events. 

The job involves supporting and motivating the client throughout the day. The boy's days should be filled with activities such as visiting swimming pools, listening to music, practicing words, numbers, and songs, walking, and playing.

As a person, you need to be positive, humorous, organized, proactive, patient, and passionate about helping others.

Experience in personal assistance or care work is preferred but not required; the most important factor is personal chemistry. The job includes some heavy lifting, so you should have a good physical condition and be comfortable handling bodily fluids.

You must be smoke-free (requirement) and it is required that you have a driver's license and access to a car, as the boy may be in another location where public transport is not available. You should be approximately 25-45 years old, and to ensure effective communication with the client, you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is desirable that you have a long-term perspective on your employment and that you can work extra when needed.

A criminal record check is required.
