Personal assistant sought for lovely girl with autism – 75% night position in Hallstahammar

We are now looking for a safe, empathetic, and attentive personal assistant for a girl with autism. She is mobile, can walk and run, and has a cheerful disposition – especially when it comes to movies, music, and singing, which are some of her major interests. She has a great need for clarity, safety, and structure in her daily life.

About the position

The position is for 75% and primarily involves night shifts (awake night) with some on-call hours, but day, evening, and weekend shifts may also occur. The work is performed in her home and in her local environment.

A driver's license is required.

We are looking for someone who:

Is calm, stable, and responsible

Has a genuine interest in working with children/youth with autism

Is flexible and can work varying hours

Is smoke-free and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience from similar work is an advantage, but the right personality is most important

Bonus if you enjoy singing, listening to music, and cuddling up in front of a movie!

The position will be filled by agreement and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. A background check is required for potential employment.
