We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 47-year-old man with acquired brain injury and tracheostomy. He is wheelchair-bound with significant care needs due to limited physical abilities. He is a positive man with a sense of humor and has a true fighting spirit. Progress has been made in his development, which is why it is important that you, as an applicant, have a positive and encouraging attitude. Since the individual cannot speak and has poor hearing, it is also important to be attentive and open to communication occurring in alternative ways, such as shifts and signs.

In addition to standard tasks such as personal care, it is an advantage if you can manage tracheostomy, including suctioning and cough machine, as well as handling a ceiling lift.

A requirement for this position is experience and/or education such as a nursing assistant or similar.

The position is a summer temporary position during days/evenings and weekends. For the right person, there is a chance for a permanent position!
