Inova Assistans provides personal assistance supported by staff with high competence and a desire to develop the individual's right to self-determination.

Our ambition is to create contexts and activities that promote community participation and increased understanding between people with different living conditions.

We are now looking for a female assistant who can step in as needed; this job can easily be combined with studies or other work.

Your task is to help a person with disabilities live as normal a life as possible by being the user's extended arm.

The work is varied as it is the user's individual needs that dictate the tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

We prefer that you have a driver's license. Previous experience in the profession is of course a plus but not a requirement, as much in this job is pure personal chemistry. If you enjoy working closely with someone who needs a little extra support in their daily life and are engaged, responsible, and feel accountable, this might be the job for you. We see that you should be calm yet have some drive, empathetic, attentive, but also straightforward. We also see that you are a stable and calm person with a twinkle in your eye.
