About the assignment
You will work as a schedule planner within a section that drives and upgrades the subway's infrastructure. In the Planning & Support team, you will assist project managers in schedule work for the section's projects in areas such as rolling stock, depots, traffic control, and power supply.
Your role is to develop, analyze, and follow up on schedules – one of the project's most important management tools. You will work both broadly and at a detailed level, in close collaboration with the project organization, suppliers, and other units.
Your assignment in brief
- Create and maintain updated schedules in all phases of the projects.
- Analyze, control, and suggest adjustments in planning.
- Coordinate between projects and stakeholders.
- Contribute to structure, transparency, and progress in investment projects.
- Work based on clear values: openness, competence, reliability, and collaboration.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
A university degree or vocational training in civil engineering or another relevant field.
At least 4 years of experience in scheduling complex investment projects focused on construction, infrastructure, or systems.
Deep knowledge of production and project planning, preferably with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
Experience in developing, following up, and revising detailed production schedules.
Experience working with socially beneficial projects in technical environments.
It is an advantage if you also have experience in:
- Public sector and infrastructure projects.
- System support such as Antura or equivalent.
- Business development related to planning processes.

Practical information:
- Assignment period: May 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026 (possibility of extension).
- Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week).
- Location: Stockholm with the possibility of some remote work.
