We are looking for you who want to work as our new customer service representative.

Ed’s is a cleaning company with the goal of delivering world-class stair cleaning. We primarily offer stair cleaning but also a range of different cleaning services such as move-out cleaning, window cleaning, floor treatments, garage cleaning, clearances, etc. Ed’s is Stockholm's largest cleaning company in stair cleaning, where development opportunities and a value-driven work environment are offered.

The position is located in fresh premises in central Stockholm near Thorildsplan!

As a Customer Service Representative, you, along with your colleagues, will be responsible for all inquiries coming in via email and the switchboard, which is open between 07:00 and 16:00. You will also work with daily administrative tasks.

The position includes the following tasks:

* Answering calls in the switchboard

* Receiving inquiries via email

* Coordinating inquiries for action internally and with our subcontractor

* Entering work orders in our internal system

* Reporting back on inquiries in our customers' portals

* Coordinating fault reports with the responsible colleague

* Following up on inquiries and providing feedback to customers

Qualifications:

* Completed upper secondary education

* Previous experience in administrative work

* Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

* Good knowledge of Spanish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

* Experience working in case management systems

* Experience from a similar customer service-related role, preferably involving working with phone and email as tools

* B driver's license

Personal qualities:

To succeed in this role, you have good communication skills that you use both internally and externally.

You are a self-driven, attentive, and unpretentious team player who likes to have order and structure in your work.

You have developed good administrative skills and an eye for priorities through previous experiences and are not afraid to pitch in where needed.
