About the Company

Corporate Apartments rents out furnished apartments and villas to companies (B2B only) across Sweden. The target audience is companies in the construction and contracting industry, with work teams that need somewhere to stay during their work projects. The company currently has over 200 accommodations that are rented out for varying rental periods, often a few months, known as longstay. Corporate Apartments currently has about 20 employees and is now looking for another colleague. The position is based at the company's office in Gothenburg, located centrally in Gårda (opposite Jacy’z), where over 10 people work, of which 3 are in the sales organization. The company is on a growth journey and has an ambitious development plan for the coming years.

About the Position

The work is primarily conducted via phone and email, but sometimes also in the form of physical/digital meetings and viewings. It is important to note that this is not a field sales role, but rather suitable for you who enjoy the flexibility and efficiency that comes from having most of the work done from a desk. As an Account Manager, you will work proactively and structured to assist customers in good time with their accommodation needs. The processes can have both longer and shorter cycles, so you will always have several processes running simultaneously. Therefore, you should enjoy working structured in CRM to keep track of all activities and to avoid losing any feedback between the cracks.

Offer and drive in business to achieve both profitability and occupancy goals.

Create and nurture good relationships with existing customers. Maintain contact during ongoing bookings to ensure new needs, changes, etc.

Prospect for new customers.

Ensure that activities and information are entered into the CRM system and booking system.

Stay updated on current projects, news, and changes within the construction sector.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 1 year of experience in relationship-building B2B sales via phone.
• Has previous experience in roles where efficiency and handling multiple parallel processes have been required.
• Is mature in their professional role and has the ability to be self-driven, solution-oriented, and problem-solving.
• Has very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as a large part of our customers are from abroad.
• Has preferably worked in the construction sector or with rental accommodation before; this is a merit but not a requirement.
