Information Security Coordinator and Qualified Administrator

The Department of Economy and Premises is a support and service function for the administration's core activities.

The department was newly established as of 2025, and we are now looking for you who want to help develop the department's work.

The department consists of:

  • Department Staff
  • Economics Unit
  • Premises Unit
  • Internal Service and Procurement Unit

The position is located in our new Internal Service and Procurement Unit. The unit consists of about 12 employees responsible for administration buildings, janitorial services, reception, IT, information security, administration, and procurement.

The Two Roles in One

As an Information Security Coordinator and Qualified Administrator, you will have a varied job with engaged colleagues. In this role, you will be an important part of coordinating the administration-wide systematic information security work and securing the administrative processes in the department. You will work approximately half-time as an Information Security Coordinator and half-time as a Qualified Administrator.

Our office is located at Slakthusplan.

As an Information Security Coordinator, you will work with:

  • Coordinating and following up on the operational information security work within the administration
  • Developing routines, planning, and prioritizing for the coming year, continuity plans, RSA, action plans, and other governing documents in consultation with relevant functions, managers, and the district director
  • Mapping and classifying information together with relevant functions and managers
  • Internal control with associated measures
  • Preventing, managing, and investigating incidents together with managers
  • Training managers and employees
  • Collaborating with the city's central information security officers (CISO), other information security coordinators (ISAM) in the city, the committee's data protection officer (DSO), and other relevant functions

In this role, you will be part of a city-wide network and an administration-wide working group.

As a Qualified Administrator, you will work with:

  • Support for managers as needed
  • Support and administration of projects
  • Developing routines, process descriptions, task descriptions, and guides, etc.
  • Administration of IT equipment
  • Personnel administration
  • Invoice management including investigation
  • Acting as the archive representative for the department

Your Competence and Experience

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a university or college degree relevant to the tasks and assignments, such as in social sciences, law, or archival science.
  • has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

It is meritorious if you:

  • have knowledge or experience of OSL, data protection, IT security, or physical security.
  • are accustomed to working in Excel.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are meticulous, have high integrity, are solution-oriented, independent, and trust your own ability to make judgments. You are used to seeking information on your own to propose solutions that contribute to good results and high goal fulfillment. You take significant personal responsibility for your tasks, structure your work independently, and drive your processes forward. The role places high demands on good administrative ability and coordination. We see that you are development-oriented and enjoy coordinating processes systematically, where you see how your work affects the whole. As a person, you have an interest in change and see digitalization as a natural part of the development of the business. You find it easy to collaborate and adapt your communication according to the prevailing situation.
