We are looking for economics students or those who have worked a bit as accounting assistants for various summer positions for companies in the Stockholm area! During June, July, and August, we have several clients who need reinforcement with, among other things, accounts receivable and payable, ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT and tax reporting, as well as simpler year-end work. Job Responsibilities As a summer employee, you will work with various financial administration tasks. You will support and be a backup when people in the finance department are on vacation. The tasks may include the following:

• Management of accounts receivable and payable
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Invoicing, reminders, and collections
• Payments
• Contact with the bank
• Reconciliations
• Monthly closing
• Handling incoming emails and mail

Qualifications

A requirement for taking on the role of Accounting Assistant during the summer is that you have previously worked with similar tasks. You are used to working in an office. Perhaps you are studying economics and have a summer break?

• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel, is a requirement
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement
