Job Description

The role of Senior HR Partner is a varied assignment that involves being both a strategic and operational support for management in all HR processes such as labor law issues, work environment, onboarding, competence supply, organizational changes, rehabilitation, wage formation, leadership development, and collaboration/negotiations with trade unions. Additionally, the role includes handling personnel matters, producing and analyzing personnel statistics, writing reports, and participating in investigations as needed.

The role also includes being a specialist in labor law, wage formation, and HR data together with another HR partner. This part of the assignment is overarching for the nine administrations and companies that HR/Management Support provides HR support to.

The organizational affiliation is the HR Management Support unit, which is divided into several teams. Together, the teams ensure that the managers in the administrations receive professional HR support. Naturally, collaboration with others in the unit is also essential.

Who are you?

To be qualified for the assignment, you need to meet the following requirements;

• University degree in Human Resources or equivalent higher education
• Extensive knowledge and several years of work experience successfully supporting management in all HR processes
• High specialist competence in labor law, wage formation, salary review, and HR data
• Knowledge and experience of organizational changes, restructuring, and downsizing
• Experience in maintaining good labor relations and handling negotiations
• Ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Experience and comfort in conducting meetings, workshops, presentations, and difficult conversations

Desirable qualifications;

• Experience in a municipality or region with several years of work experience successfully supporting management in all HR processes

You are offered

A full-time assignment (100%) starting as soon as possible and running until 2025-09-01. You will be employed by Jurek Talents AB or in Jurek's interim operations and be leased to our client in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Remote work is possible up to about 50%.
