Background

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who wants to work in a socially important organization and contribute to sustainable public transport in the long term.

The role involves driving competency-based recruitment processes and collaborating with managers to ensure effective and fair recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment processes from job profile to hiring according to a competency-based methodology.
• Actively search for and attract candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ensure that tests are used as an integral part of the selection process.
• Provide support and advice to hiring managers in competency-based interviews.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and methods.
• Act as an ambassador for the employer brand and create a positive candidate experience.
• Recruit for project operations focusing on roles such as project managers, project leaders, and technical specialists.

Qualifications

Must-haves:

• At least 3 years of experience independently driving recruitment processes from job profile to hiring.
• Experience working with competency-based recruitment.
• Experience using psychological tests in recruitment processes.
• Experience with search and candidate attraction via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Good ability to structure and plan work as well as manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• At least 5 years of documented experience in recruitment as a recruiter in an internal recruitment function in a larger organization (+500 employees).
• Vocational training or higher education in HR, recruitment, or a relevant field.

Desirable:

• Experience in conducting workshops/training in recruitment for managers.
• Strong communication skills and a consultative working style.

Conditions

• Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work up to 50%.
• Start date: 2025-04-28.
• End date: 2026-04-24, with the possibility of extension.
