About the Company

The hotel and restaurant industry is one of Sweden's fastest-growing sectors. At the same time, many in the industry have insecure employment, and periods of unemployment are common. Therefore, a really good unemployment insurance is particularly important for HRAK's members. Over 85,000 service professionals are members of HRAK. HRAK puts its members first and provides security between two jobs.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and administer the website and intranet.
• Be responsible for the internal & external communication plan.
• Be responsible for the graphic profile, including templates and informational materials.
• Participate in and coordinate external information events.
• Work on strengthening the brand via platforms like LinkedIn.
• Contribute to a systematic flow of information through social media.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, such as accessibility directives and language requirements (Administrative Act).
• In collaboration with responsible parties, ensure systematic information to members.
• Be responsible for contact with external suppliers and partners in the information and communication field.
• Independently produce text, images, and videos as needed.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in marketing or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of work experience in the field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

You are communicative and have an easy time expressing yourself both verbally and in writing, while also being independent and enjoying taking responsibility.
