Do you want to take a key role in an international organization where you will work both operationally and strategically within finance? Are you an analytical and structured economist with experience in financial reporting, auditing, and financial management? We are looking for an experienced Finance Lead / Financial Controller for an exciting interim assignment at an international company!

About the role

In this broad role, you will be a key person in financial management and reporting, responsible for accounting and analysis while working closely with the CFO. You will be an important link between the local operations and the company's Shared Service Center and will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate closing work, forecasts, and audits.

Your responsibilities include, for example:

• Monthly and annual closing – responsible for balance sheet and income statement as well as cash flow management
• Audit and annual report – be the contact person for auditors and ensure compliance
• Financial analysis and reporting – analyze sales, costs, and profitability
• Budgeting and forecasting – monthly follow-up and compilation for the company's headquarters
• System development and BI reports – participate in improvement work and implementation of new tools
• Administer payments related to contracts the company has

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager
• Good understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
• Previous experience in auditing and annual reports
• Very good knowledge of Excel, experience with Hyperion is a plus
• Analytical skills, structure, and a humble working style
• Fluent English in both spoken and written form
