At Bee Bemanning, we are looking for a Service Planning Officer for our client, a leading company in climate solutions. In this role, you will be a key person in the service department responsible for managing warranty and return cases, service follow-up, and customer support.

• Warranty management and return cases – Responsible for customer dialogue regarding warranty and return issues and support installers with ordering spare parts.
• Service follow-up and analysis – Create and analyze quality and efficiency reports to support management's decision-making.
• System administration – Work in SAP, CRM, and other service-related systems and support colleagues with system usage.
• Customer support – If necessary, manage field coordination by coordinating service assignments between customers and service partners.
• Project management – Drive and coordinate internal improvement projects for increased efficiency and employee satisfaction.

• Experience in administrative work and/or a technical background is a plus.
• At least 1–2 years of work experience is required if you lack a university degree.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP is an advantage.
• A university degree in business administration, logistics, or equivalent experience is advantageous.

The position is primarily located at the client's office in Solna, but the possibility of remote work is available if needed. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 and Friday 08:00-16:00. This is a full-time position with a fixed monthly salary and attractive benefits.
