Part-time Job in Customer Service for Students

Are you a student looking for a part-time job that provides valuable experience in customer service? In our client's reception, you will join a team of competent colleagues and have the opportunity to take significant responsibility for internal administration, customer visit experiences, and represent the company's brand outwardly. Welcome in!

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for students who want to work part-time in our client's switchboard and reception. The switchboard is shared between another office and the headquarters in Rotebro. As a receptionist, you are the face of the reception and the first person visitors meet or talk to on the phone. For this assignment, we are looking for someone who loves to meet people and contribute to strong service experiences. The scope of the assignment is 2-3 days/week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Welcome visitors in the reception and assist with registrations in their digital visitor system
  • Manage email and switchboard phone, as well as refer and transfer internally to, for example, technical salespeople or order, invoice, and return handling
  • Be responsible for mail handling, both incoming and outgoing
  • Ensure that conference rooms and common areas are presentable

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is studying at a post-secondary level with at least two semesters left of studies
  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

It is a merit if you have:

  • Previous experience working in a reception or customer service
  • Experience in service from, for example, retail or another service function
  • Experience in organizing and preparing for conferences

Additional Information:

  • Start: Immediately
  • Working hours: office hours, with the possibility to work half or full days
  • You are needed for both planned absences and sudden sick leave, which requires flexibility to be able to step in at short notice
