HR Consultant for Enskede Årsta Vantör

Welcome to the HR Unit

The unit's mission is to provide consultative and qualified support to the department's managers in all HR areas. We aim to make it easy to do the right thing – for both managers and employees. Therefore, we work closely with the operations to create sustainable solutions. The unit is led by a unit manager and consists of seven HR consultants, two communicators, and one archive assistant. There is also a payroll controller as an HR resource. HR issues are highly prioritized in the department, and there is a strong interest and commitment from both management and managers in the organization.

Your Role as HR Consultant

As an HR consultant, you will work as a generalist and provide qualified support to managers in one or more departments. The managerial support includes, among other things, legal and contractual interpretation, restructuring issues, misconduct cases, union collaboration and negotiation, rehabilitation, and support for change management. You will participate in collaboration groups and be the HR representative in the department's management group.

In addition, you will also have the opportunity to develop within one or more specialist areas where you will take overall responsibility for environmental monitoring, develop the process, support management and colleagues in the area, and follow up on questions comprehensively for the entire department. The strength of the HR unit is that we work as a team – you will always have knowledgeable colleagues to bounce ideas off while you independently drive and take responsibility for your tasks. In the role, you will have the opportunity to continue developing and improving HR support by initiating working methods and approaches that promote our mission and our set goals.

Who Are We Looking For?

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

  • a bachelor's degree with a focus on personnel and labor issues or equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent.
  • solid and current experience of having worked in a broad and qualified HR role where you have provided consultative support to managers.
  • very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • good digital skills and experience of working in various personnel systems.

It is meritorious if you have experience from HR work in municipalities or regions and feel comfortable leading workshops, conducting training initiatives, and giving presentations.

We are looking for someone who is particularly skilled at establishing trusting relationships, has a pedagogical ability, and can convey complex information in an accessible way. You find it easy to manage changing conditions and requirements and have a problem-solving approach. Furthermore, you are persistent and have good experience in supporting and driving complex personnel issues.
