The HR unit's mission is to create good conditions for managers and employees to achieve Vårdförbundet's goals.
As an HR Specialist at Vårdförbundet, you will work with a wide range of HR issues in a central, coaching, and supportive role for managers and employees within the organization. Your main areas of responsibility include recruitment, workplace environment, salary, and legal and contractual issues. The role involves a combination of operational and strategic work where you handle daily personnel matters and drive long-term initiatives to develop HR work. You will have great opportunities to influence your area of responsibility and take your own initiatives. In this role, you will be part of the HR unit, which consists of two colleagues. You report to the HR manager and have close collaboration with managers, employees, and union representatives, focusing on creating a trusting collaborative climate.
Your job responsibilities include, among other things:
• Providing advice and support to the association's managers on employer and daily HR issues
• Driving recruitment processes from start to finish
• Supporting and conducting salary reviews, salary mapping, and workplace environment mapping
• Driving improvements and development in all areas of HR
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Requirements:
• Academic degree or equivalent education in HR/personnel
• At least five years of experience in a broad HR role
• Experience working with the entire HR annual cycle
• Good system knowledge and proficiency in the Office suite
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
Meritorious:
• In-depth knowledge in salary/salary formation and/or workplace environment/rehabilitation
• Experience and/or interest in development within AI
• Work experience from a non-profit organization/public sector
As a person, you have a positive and professional attitude that is reflected in your commitment to work. You are self-driven, take your own initiatives, and have a good ability to collaborate with others. Your communicative strength makes you comfortable speaking in front of groups and expressing yourself clearly in both speech and writing. Furthermore, you handle information and questions within HR with integrity and good judgment. Your confidence in meeting people in various situations and your clarity in the role make you an important resource in both operational and strategic contexts. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability.
