Vindex is now looking for a finance assistant/office administrator for our client. The recruitment process is managed by Vindex, and employment can be offered either directly with the client or initially as a consultant through Vindex, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position provided there is a good collaboration. Start date is according to agreement, but preferably as soon as possible.

In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to combine financial tasks with office administration and support the business as a whole. This means you will work with ongoing bookkeeping, VAT declarations, accounts receivable and accounts payable while becoming an important part of the office operations and contributing to a smooth daily routine in the office.

For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop within the finance function and take on greater responsibility over time.

Location: Stockholm City

Main Responsibilities:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Involved in preparing declarations
• Support the business with case registration
• Contact person for suppliers, property managers, etc. related to the office
• Ordering of office supplies and food for the office
• Mail handling and other administrative tasks and regular office duties

Attributes and Qualifications:

• Degree in finance from a university or vocational training
• 1–2 years of experience in finance work
• Experience in office administration is an advantage
• Unpretentious and service-oriented – you are happy to help with both high and low tasks
• Structured and solution-oriented with a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A professional and flexible personality who thrives in a business-like environment
