About the Role

As a visa consultant at CIBT, you play a central role in coordinating visas, passports, and related services. You are the primary point of contact for the customer and ensure smooth and professional handling of travel documents. Our clients include multinational companies, government agencies, travel industries, and individuals.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide expert support via phone and email to assist customers with visa, passport, and document applications.
• Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Keep customers updated in real-time about their cases.
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as an advisor throughout the process.
• Handle a large number of cases simultaneously with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Document and update information in our systems according to company guidelines.
• Maintain client confidentiality and secure handling of personal data.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least a high school diploma.
• Has 1–3 years of work experience, preferably in customer service or administration.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Is solution-oriented, meticulous, and has good analytical skills.
• Is accustomed to working with computer-based systems and can quickly learn new programs.
• Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Has a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
• Holds a valid driver's license (B).
