We are now looking for an engaged and driven business developer to strengthen care and support in Tranemo municipality. We are looking for someone who wants to influence and develop our work within nursing homes and home care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business developer with us, your primary focus is to create value for our users both by supporting your colleagues in the operation and through direct interventions for our target groups.

In this role, you will lead, drive, and implement improvement and development work, as well as support colleagues in important change processes. This may involve introducing new working methods, developing welfare technology solutions, analyzing and taking action within quality work, and keeping yourself updated on changes in the external environment. You will also play a central role as a process leader within one or more subprocesses in our core operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a genuine commitment to our users and an interest in driving improvement and change work within care and support.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a relevant bachelor's degree or something that the employer assesses as equivalent, as well as experience in elderly care and business development.

Your personal qualities are important to us. You are a secure and stable person with a holistic view of both people and situations. You have good self-awareness, can lead yourself, and have strong communication skills. In addition, you are accustomed to working with digital tools and see technology as a support in your work.
