About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

They work on building and maintaining technically advanced communication networks and are part of a larger group with business areas that span fiber networks, network connections, and technical services.

Job responsibilities

As a junior coordinator, you will play a central role in keeping projects running. Together with five other colleagues, you will plan, coordinate, and follow up on the work of technicians in a specific geographical area. You will ensure that the right technician with the right skills is in the right place at the right time and that documentation is correct so that the technicians can perform their jobs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the spider in the web between technicians, area managers, and colleagues. Your daily work involves balancing resources, solving challenges in real-time, and optimizing schedules so that technicians are fully booked throughout the workday. In addition to daily planning and follow-up of start and end times, you will monitor KPIs and analyze why things do not always go as planned, ensuring we improve continuously. Together with the other coordinators, you will also work to improve internal processes and strengthen the entire organization's way of working.

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on technicians' work in a specific geography together with other coordinators
• Ensure the right technician with the right skills is on-site at the right time and that documentation is correct
• Link technicians, area managers, and colleagues together
• Balance resources, solve challenges in real-time, and optimize schedules
• Daily planning and follow-up of start and end times, KPIs, and analyses
• Improve internal processes and strengthen the way of working

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed secondary education
• Experience coordinating, planning, or scheduling work
• Good computer and system skills
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
