We are a leading school municipality with knowledge for a lifetime. The administration is responsible for childcare and education from preschool to adult education. The operations include clear elements of entrepreneurship, as well as music school, youth center, and student health. The municipality has a long tradition of education, and in addition to one of Sweden's oldest schools from 1641, there is also Sweden's Agricultural University, Skara School Scene, and Axevalla Horse Center.

We are looking for an engaged employee who wants to contribute to strengthening the collaboration between school and working life!

The work involves

You promote industry collaboration at an administrative level and create sustainable cooperation structures between school, working life, and politics.

You work to implement the SSA plan throughout the educational chain, from preschool to adult education, and drive quality work related to collaboration between school and working life. A central part of the role is to strengthen the collaboration between school and business by building and maintaining good relationships.

You map the needs of students, school staff, and employers to ensure relevant interventions and document and establish routines for long-term work. Furthermore, you work with innovation-promoting processes to develop collaboration between school and working life. As a process leader for development work, you contribute to strengthening the school as a whole and create conditions for students' meaning and motivation in their learning.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• Pedagogically experienced
• Well-versed in the school's overall mission
• Accustomed to working in collaboration between school and working life
• Driven, responsible, self-sufficient
• Experienced in leading processes

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

The position is permanent 100%, vacation position starting 2025-08-11.
